Delayed Shipments -
Work restrictions may continue to affect shipments to and from our warehouse/vendor warehouses to impacted areas. Please reach out to our customer support team here, or via chat on our site if you are experiencing delays or have questions about the status of an order.
Decor Items -
Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. Please note, changes to an address cannot be made after order receipt. Once your order has been placed in our shipping queue, we cannot make changes to the order.
Most of our rugs, subject to availability, typically ship between 3-4 weeks from the date of your order, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Please allow another week for delivery.
