Returns/Refund Policies

On most items we accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Furniture, art, mirrors, and rugs are not eligible for return as they are custom orders from the vendor. Any questions regarding returnable merchandise please contact us prior to your purchase here.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, take pictures of the damage or defect, contact us  here  and we will assist you. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If a refund has been approved a credit will be processed to the original method of payment within 3-5 business of days. Keep in mind, it may take your bank 5-7 business days to post the refunded amount.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
